The products of COACE®️ POE-g-MAH series are polyolefin elastomers functionalized with maleic anhydride (MAH), primarily used in PA modification, POE-g-MAH exhibits good reactivity with nylon, allowing for uniform dispersion within the nylon, forming an island-like structure, and providing toughening effects, Additionally, its extremely low glass transition temperature makes it well-suited for nylon toughening at ultra-low temperature.
SEBS-g-MAH
COACE®️ W1G are styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS) elastomers grafted with MAH, which exhibit good flowability, as well as excellent thermal resistance and aging resistance.
EPDM-g-MAH
COACE®️ W1P are ethylene-propylene diene monomer rubbers (EPDM rubbers) grafted with MAH, primarily used for nylon modification. The product exhibits high elastic modulus, fatigue resistance, and aging resistance.
POE-G-GMA
The COACE®️ W5 series is produced from the reaction of polyolefin (PO) with highly reactive glycidyl methacrylate (GMA). It is mainly used for the compatibilization and toughening of materials such as PBT, PET, PC, and polymer alloys. GMA has higher reactivity than MAH, which effectively improves the impact performance of polyester materials and compatibility of polyester alloys.
